With an extra special surprise hidden inside, these Easter brownie pots are a great little dessert to make this spring.
1. Make up 1 box chocolate brownie mix according to packet instructions. Divide half the batter between 4 greased ramekins, followed by a Cadbury’s Crème Egg in each pot and then the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven for 27 minutes.
2. Dust a clean surface with icing sugar and roll out ready-to-roll icing. Cut out flower shapes and press halved yellow jelly beans in the centre to decorate the brownie pots.
