Taking just 5 minutes to prepare, you can enjoy these garlic chilli prawns in no time, great as a starter or as part of a selection of delicious small plates.
1. Melt 50g butter in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 crushed clove garlic and 1 deseeded and chopped red chilli, then cook over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally for 1–2 mins until softened and fragrant.
2. Stir through 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley. Add 300g cooked and peeled prawns. Cook over a medium heat for 1 minute to heat through. Serve with lemon wedges.
