Try this haggis stuffed potato skins recipe as a great way to use up leftovers from the feast before.
1. Cook 4 baking potatoes in the oven until tender. Take out and leave to cool a little, keeping the oven on.
2. Cut each potato in half and scoop out the filling, adding the skins back to the oven. Mash the filling with butter, seasoning and any leftover haggis, neeps and tatties.
3. Load up the skins with the filling and top with grated cheese. Bake until golden.
