This tasty vegetarian lasagne recipe is bound to be a hit with the whole family. Mix it up by swapping in your children's favourite vegetables.

  1. Fry the garlic, onions and sweet potato until soft. Stir in the mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, herbs and seasoning and simmer until thickened
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the flour to make a paste. Whisk in the milk to form a smooth, thick sauce, then add the cheese
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  4. Make the lasagne by layering up tomato sauce, lasagne sheets and white sauce until everything has been used up. Top with extra cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes
