This pizza pinwheels recipe has been created for little ones aged between 10-12+ months, by professional chef and mum of two, Lillie Farrow. This recipe makes 15 individual pinwheels.
1. Spread 1 sheet of puff pastry with tomato purée and sprinkle over 1 tsp oregano. Top with 1 handful each of spinach and grated cheddar.
2. Roll into a sausage shape and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into 1cm slices and spread across a lined tray.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC/180ºC fan/gas mark 6, then leave to cool.
