Whether it’s a campfire cookout or simply breakfast at home, try this tasty bean bowl – ideal for fuelling your outdoor adventures. The paprika and chorizo add a hint of smokiness that works so well with the tomato flavours and hearty beans.

 

1. Place a deep frying pan over the heat and add 1 large handful diced chorizo. Add chopped onion and fry until softened.

2. Add 1 tin butter beans, 1 carton passata and a generous pinch of paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes, then crack 4 eggs over the top and cover the pan with a lid or foil. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
