These quick and easy wraps are a fun way of getting children to eat lettuce. Made with our Newgate Hot & Spicy couscous, it's the perfect fuss-free midweek meal.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and add the garlic cloves, frying over a medium heat until soft.
- Meanwhile, remove the skin from the ginger by peeling with a spoon and finely dice or mince it. Add to the pan along with the onion, peppers and chilli. Remove the garlic cloves, then turn the heat up and fry for 1 minute before adding the turkey mince. Add the soy sauce, and leave to cook, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, prepare the couscous. Empty the pack into a bowl and cover with boiling water, to about 1cm above the cous cous. Leave until all the water has been soaked up, then fluff with a fork.
- To serve, tear the lettuce into individual leaves. Rinse and dry the, then divide between plates and fill with the couscous and turkey mince.
