Preparation
- Start by mixing the apples, zingy orange and sugar in a pan with the cinnamon, this will give the dessert some added warmth. Cook for 5-6mins until the apples soften.
- Next, add the strawberries for a bit of colour and take off the heat. Carefully transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Now it's time to make the topping – rub the flour, rolled oats and vanilla for some sweetness together.
- Spoon it on top of the fruity mix and bake at 180c for approx 25mins.
- Enjoy hot with some yoghurt!
