Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, apple, pepper, onion, radish and carrot until evenly distributed.
Stir through enough mayonnaise to coat, adding gradually in tablespoons until you reach the desired consistency.
If making in advance, leave to chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
