Method
A good coleslaw recipe will see you all the way through summer, working just as well at a barbecue as it does on a picnic. This easy coleslaw has plenty of crunch from a rainbow mix of apple, pepper, radish and carrot.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, apple, pepper, onion, radish and carrot until evenly distributed.
- Stir through enough mayonnaise to coat, adding gradually in tablespoons until you reach the desired consistency.
- If making in advance, leave to chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
