Preparation

Rustle up a fun platter of banana ghosts, easy-peeler pumpkins and sliced apple for a fun, healthy bite at Halloween. Dip them into a moreish peanut butter and hazelnut spread dip for extra deliciousness.

  1. Slice the bananas in half lengthways and widthways; then, using a small metal straw, poke out the eyes on each of the bannana ghosts. Use a large straw to poke out the mouth.

  2. Peel and leave the easy peelers whole.

  3. Slice the apples into segments and cut 2 slices into 6 pieces for pumpkin stems.

  4. Spoon the peanut butter into a bowl and smooth the top. Add the hazelnut spread to the center and use a toothpick to drag into a web design.

  5. Arrange on a platter with all the fruit and enjoy!

  6. 6 servings – 2 of your 5 a day. Banana is a source of potassium that helps your muscles to function normally.
