For the muesli

|180 ml ml||apple juice apple juice|

Give yourself a head start in the morning with this healthy overnight oats recipe, loaded with sultanas, apple and berries. For breakfast on the go, divide the mixture between small tubs and layer up the fruit and yoghurt to your liking.
- Place the oats, sultanas and milled linseed in a bowl and pour over the apple juice. Mix well, then cover and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, stir in the grated apple and add enough milk to create the desired consistency - it should be similar to porridge.
- Divide between two bowls and sprinkle with the flaked almonds and berries. Drizzle over a little honey and serve with a good dollop of yoghurt.
