Preparation

    We're proud sponsors of Channel 4's Sunday Brunch, and here's our very own version of one of their weekend recipes for you to try. Sweet, sticky and with a kick of coriander, these Carolina BBQ chicken tacos are a great way to mix up your midweek meals. We've suggested ingredients to make this tasty dinner, which you can pick up in your local Lidl store. Serve alongside two portions of your favourite vegetables.

    1. Firstly, make the sauce by heating the ketchup for sweetness and honey for stickiness together with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, paprika, salt and soft light brown sugar in a pan. Whisk all the ingredients together. Toss the shredded cooked chicken breasts in a good few spoonfuls of the sauce.

    2. Next, make the salsa. Mix together the crushed ripe avocados, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander for kick, the juice and zest of the limes and the chopped chilli.

    3. Now it's time to assemble your tacos. Warm the wraps, put some finely shredded lettuce in the middle, then some of the chicken, then salsa.

    4. Top with sour cream and another squeeze of lime.

    5. Fold up and enjoy!
