    Suzanne shows Bunty how easy cooking can be with these chicken fajitas. They add diced chicken to a freezer bag with the paprika, garlic and oregano for a fab fakeaway any day of the week - making fajita wraps and rice bowls has never been simpler.

  1. Cut the chicken into chunks. Place in a labelled freezer bag with all the other ingredients and some seasoning and toss well.

  3. Place the bag of raw ingredients flat in the freezer.
  4. Cooking from frozen:
  5. Remove from the freezer and leave to defrost. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the chicken pieces to the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is cooked through.
