Preparation

    Strawberries are a great source of Vitamin C and pumpkin seeds a source of plant-based fibre. You’ll be glad that this sweet tweet will fly off the plate!

  1. Set a tray aside with parchment paper and have a tiny paint brush to hand.

  2. Hold the strawberries by the stems and dip them into the melted dark chocolate, covering the tops and sides.

  3. Once dipped, place them onto the tray.

  4. Now add two white chocolate chips for eyes, paint on the pupils with dark chocolate and a pumpkin seed on each to make the beak.
