Preparation
Chop the kiwi, avocado for creaminess and apple into chunks and blitz until smooth along with the spinach for power, chia seeds, cashew nuts, ice cubes, ginger and coconut water.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with extra chia seeds, cashew nuts for crunch and chopped kiwi, arranging them in lines across the bowl.
