Method
This green smoothie bowl recipe with a kick of ginger was created with busy families in mind, and would make a great fruity breakfast or brunch.
- Chop the kiwi, avocado for creaminess and apple into chunks and blitz until smooth along with the spinach for power, chia seeds, cashew nuts, ice cubes, ginger and coconut water.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with extra chia seeds, cashew nuts for crunch and chopped kiwi, arranging them in lines across the bowl.
