Smoothie bowl:

0.5 avocados avocado
1 handfuls handful spinach spinach
2 kiwi fruit kiwi fruit
(peeled)
1 apples apple

Method

This green smoothie bowl recipe with a kick of ginger was created with busy families in mind, and would make a great fruity breakfast or brunch.

  1. Chop the kiwi, avocado for creaminess and apple into chunks and blitz until smooth along with the spinach for power, chia seeds, cashew nuts, ice cubes, ginger and coconut water.
  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with extra chia seeds, cashew nuts for crunch and chopped kiwi, arranging them in lines across the bowl.
