Preparation
- Add the yoghurt to a deep-sided pot. Remove the skins from the bananas and cut the bananas in half. Thread a wooden skewer up the middle of each banana half.
- Dip the bananas into the yoghurt and sprinkle with whatever toppings you prefer. Place on a lined tray and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Ready to freeze and eat:
- Store the dipped bananas in freezer bags in the freezer to save space. Remove from the freezer and eat whenever!
