    • 500   ml milk
    • 2   tbsp cocoa
    • 3   tbsp light brown sugar
    • 50   g chocolate
    • 6   tbsp Irish cream liqueur
    • 2   tbsp brandy
  • To serve

    •   Squirty cream
    •   Rosemary (4 sprigs)
    • 2   squishy jelly sweets (cherry)


    Who said cocktails had to be serious? This deliciously creamy, boozy milkshake-style cocktail has a magical reindeer decoration that’s sure to raise a smile.

  1. Put the milk, cocoa, brown sugar and chocolate in a pan and warm over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved and the chocolate has melted. Add the Irish cream liqueur and brandy for warmth and heat until just steaming.

  2. Pour into two heatproof glasses or mugs and top with creamy squirty cream. Add two sprigs of rosemary for antlers and a squishy sweet for Rudolph’s nose.

  3. Portion size 390g.
