Preparation
Put the milk, cocoa, brown sugar and chocolate in a pan and warm over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved and the chocolate has melted. Add the Irish cream liqueur and brandy for warmth and heat until just steaming.
Pour into two heatproof glasses or mugs and top with creamy squirty cream. Add two sprigs of rosemary for antlers and a squishy sweet for Rudolph’s nose.
