Preparation
- Put the milk, cocoa, brown sugar and chocolate in a pan and warm over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved and the chocolate has melted. Add the Irish cream liqueur and brandy for warmth and heat until just steaming.
- Pour into two heatproof glasses or mugs and top with creamy squirty cream. Add two sprigs of rosemary for antlers and a squishy sweet for Rudolph’s nose.
