Preparation
- Finely chop the pecan nuts in a food processor, then add the dates, almonds, raisins and cocoa powder and blitz until clumpy and combined.
- Wet your hands, then divide the mixture into 16 even pieces and roll into balls. Spread the coconut across a large plate and roll the balls across to evenly coat.
- Once coated, place the balls in a lidded container and chill in the fridge.
