Preparation
- Begin by preparing some honey water. Mix together 2 parts honey to 1 part water until dissolved. Measure out 10ml of honey water and add to a glass or tankard.
- Juice half the lime and measure out 20ml of juice. Add the rest of the ingredients to the class and mix over cubed ice.
- Garnish with a pinch of paprika and a wedge of the remaining lime
This is an ideal autumn cocktail that combines the complex flavours of cognac and malt whisky. The addition of sweet honey, spicy ginger beer and a touch of paprika truly bring this warming combination together.
