Preparation
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Fry on the buttered side on a medium heat for 4 minutes until golden. Take out of pan.
- Spread mustard on one piece of the toasted side.
- Lay the ham for smokiness on top, then the mixed cheese for creaminess.
- Sit the other piece (untoasted side-up) on top, press gently.
- Melt the remaining butter in the pan, as it foams add the sandwich.
- Cook for 2 minutes then add the honey for sweetness and increase the heat.
- Flip over and toast the other side until golden.
- Take out of the pan, cut in half on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
