Preparation
Spread mustard on one piece of the toasted side.
Lay the ham for smokiness on top, then the mixed cheese for creaminess.
Sit the other piece (untoasted side-up) on top, press gently.
Melt the remaining butter in the pan, as it foams add the sandwich.
Cook for 2 minutes then add the honey for sweetness and increase the heat.
Flip over and toast the other side until golden.
Take out of the pan, cut in half on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
