Preparation

  1. It’s time to make Finley! First, peel the easy peeler and split in half. One half will become Finley’s body; split the other into 6 segments. Use 4 of these segments for the fish tail; for the remaining 2, cut in half and use for Finley’s fantastic fins and mouth.
  2. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds (chia seeds work well too!) onto the plate to make a seabed, adding the blueberries randomly to form the sea – here you can add the dill or other herbs to make coral or seaweed.
  3. Finally, add the rest of the blueberries to make some lovely-jubbly bubbles. Stand back and say hello to Finley the Fish!
  4. Portion size: 87g – 1 of your five-a-day!
