It's time to give the classic Dark and Stormy cocktail a little twist - and aromatic five-spice certainly adds an air of mystery and an extra flavour kick to this deliciously dark tipple.
1. Add the rum and five-spice to a glass and mix with a spoon.
2. Fill the glass with ice and fill to the top with ginger beer.
3. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink and plop it in the glass.
