Arrange all the chopped ingredients into pretty vegetable flowers around a board; you can use chives as the stems.
For the Babybel ladybirds, simply peel, but leave the wax casing on the cheese. Then, with a small piping nozzle or something similar, poke small holes in the wax casing on either side of cheese circle to make the ladybird spots.
Finish by scooping the houmous into small ramekins and adding the falafels to your creation.
