    Joe learns how to whip up Suzanne’s tasty eggy bread (or French toast, if you’re feeling posh!). Add a variety of different toppings for a breaky on the run or a protein-packed lunch. And with a batch in the freezer for when you need, you’ll be saving time and money too.

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, milk and cinnamon together.
  2. Place a frying pan on a medium heat and melt the butter. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mix, making sure to coat well on both sides, and then fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside and cover with a tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with the rest of the bread slices.
  3. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
