Preparation
- In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, milk and cinnamon together.
- Place a frying pan on a medium heat and melt the butter. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mix, making sure to coat well on both sides, and then fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside and cover with a tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with the rest of the bread slices.
- Dust with icing sugar to serve.
