A fresh and tasty frozen cocktail recipe that's best enjoyed while soaking up the sun in your garden. We love it with our British strawberries, although you could use frozen fruit for added convenience.
Frozen strawberry daiquiri

Preparation
1. Cut 2 slices from the limes and set aside to garnish. Juice the rest and add to a blender along with the rum, strawberries and ice (add more or less depending on how frozen you'd like it).
2. Blitz to your desired consistency, adding a pinch of sugar to taste and a splash of water if required, then divide between glasses and garnish with lime slices.
