Fruity apricot flapjack bites
Bring after-school snacks to the next level with these fruity apricot and pistachio flapjack bites, with plenty of crunch and chew.
1. Melt together the light spread, light brown sugar for sweetness and golden syrup for chew in a saucepan.
2. Off the heat, stir in the porridge oats for bulk, the lightly crushed Crownfield Rice Snaps, chopped Alesto Cranberry & Raisin Mix and chopped dried apricots for fruitiness.
3. Press into a greased and lined 20cm square tin and bake at 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 for 20–25 mins. Once cool, cut into 24 pieces.
