This recipe comes from Lillie Farrow, a professional chef and mum of two, and these fruity apply and blueberry muffins are ideal for little ones aged between 10-12+ months. This recipe makes 12 muffins.
- Mix 100g oats with 2 eggs, 100g yoghurt and 50ml milk. Stir through 1 grated apple and 75g blueberries.
- Line a muffin tray with 12 cake cases and divide the mixture between them. Bake at 200ºC/180º fan/gas mark 6 for 15 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin.
- Remove muffins from the cases before serving to your baby.
