    Y’all ready for this? A grown-up version of the classic American campfire treat! Oozy chocolate chip cookies are soaked in bourbon, covered in melted chocolate and topped with toasted marshmallows. Bring. It. On.

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Grease a frying pan (around 22cm in diameter). Roughly break up the cookies and use the pieces to line the base of the frying pan. Drizzle over the bourbon for punch, so it soaks into the biscuits. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and scatter over the biscuits and then cover the top with the sweet marshmallows.

  2. Grill for 3-4 minutes, until the chocolate has melted and the marshmallows are charred, gooey and sticky. Serve the s’mores in bowls.

  3. Note: The marshmallows are standard-sized white marshmallows
