Get in the festive spirit with this gingerbread egg nog recipe. Served warm with a dusting of cinnamon, it showcases the flavours of our Hortus gingerbread liqueur. This recipe makes one drink, but is easily scaled up to make a bigger batch - you can even chill the mixture and serve it cold.
- Add the milk and sugar to a small pan and heat until almost boiling, thenremove from the heat and whisk in the egg and gingerbread liqueur.
- Pour into a handled glass and dust lightly with cinnamon to serve.
