Preparation

This tangy gin cocktail has a sophisticated, bitter taste. For an extra elegant finish add a twist of grapefruit peel to the glass to garnish.

1. Mix the Bitterol and gin in a glass with the ice and pour over the grapefruit juice.
2. Add a wedge of grapefruit to the glass and serve.
