Grapefruit sundae

Preparation

  1. Slice the top off the grapefruit and scoop the flesh and juice out into a bowl (use a melon baller, if you have one).
  2. Fill the grapefruit shell with the strawberries and top up with lemon sorbet.
  3. Mash the reserved grapefruit flesh with the juice and drizzle a little over the top of the sorbet, garnishing with the granola and blueberries.
