Preparation
- Slice the top off the grapefruit and scoop the flesh and juice out into a bowl (use a melon baller, if you have one).
- Fill the grapefruit shell with the strawberries and top up with lemon sorbet.
- Mash the reserved grapefruit flesh with the juice and drizzle a little over the top of the sorbet, garnishing with the granola and blueberries.
