Banana, bran and peanut butter smoothie bowls
High fibre bran breakfast smoothie bowl

- 2 bananas
- 175 ml whole milk
- 40 g peanut butter
- 1,5 tsp honey
- 25 g high fibre bran
- 3 strawberries halved
- 2 tbsp berry, seed and nut mix
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp nutella
Preparation
Peel and chop the bananas into 1cm thick pieces, transfer to a zip-lock bag and freeze for 3 hours, or overnight, until solid.
The next day, add the frozen banana pieces, milk, peanut butter and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls and top each with the bran, strawberries, seeds and Nutella before serving.
