Preparation

    1. Chop 500g new potatoes in half and simmer for 15 minutes, to add bite. Once cooked, drain and allow to cool a little.2. Meanwhile, make a dressing using 2 tbsp Honey & Mustard Dressing for sweetnessand 2 tbsp natural yoghurt to add creaminess.3. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with shredded ham, chopped parsley and a handful of chopped gherkins for tang. Pour over the dressing and mix well until the salad is fully coated in the dressing.
