Honey and mustard ham and potato salad
Super quick and easy to make, this honey and mustard potato salad will be the side dish star of any dinner.
1. Chop 500g new potatoes in half and simmer for 15 minutes, to add bite. Once cooked, drain and allow to cool a little.
2. Meanwhile, make a dressing using 2 tbsp Honey & Mustard Dressing for sweetness and 2 tbsp natural yoghurt to add creaminess.
3. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with shredded ham, chopped parsley and a handful of chopped gherkins for tang. Pour over the dressing and mix well until the salad is fully coated in the dressing.
