Preparation
- Fill a pitcher three quarters full with ice. Add the mint, orange, apple, lemon and vanilla and pour over the Ignis vodka.
- Top up with the apple juice and lemonade and stir together to combine.
- Serve in highball glasses filled with more ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
This fruity vodka punch can be enjoyed all year round and is great for putting together for a party. It can be adapted to include any seasonal fruits or flavours you like - try adding a handful of fresh berries in the summer, or a stick of cinnamon to make an easy Christmas cocktail.
