    Mix things up for St Patrick’s Day by pairing Irish whiskey with spicy ginger ale and zesty lime. It’s a refreshing citrus cocktail bursting with flavour.

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the lime juice and whiskey. Shake well until chilled and then strain into two ice-filled tumblers.
  2. Top up the tumblers with the ginger ale and garnish each with a wedge of lime to serve.
