Method

This energy ball recipe was created by food blogger Jemma Andrew-Adiamah of Celery and Cupcakes, and is inspired by the flavours of Key lime pie.

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz to form a breadcrumb-like mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 even portions and roll into balls.
  3. These are ready to eat straight away, or you can store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
