Method

The Monsieur Cuisine replaces multiple pieces of kitchen equipment in one handy appliance. This mashed potato recipe not only saves on washing up, but it also blends the potato for you to create silky smooth mash.

  1. Fill the blender jug with water up to the bottom marking (around 500ml). Peel and wash the potatoes, then place in the cooking pot and steam for 15 minutes using thesteamer button.
  2. Once the potatoes have cooked, drain away any residual water from the jug and add the milk and butter. Process for 6 seconds onspeed setting 6 until smooth, then season well to taste. Serve hot as part of a main meal.
