When warmer days call for something cool, these mini strawberry and white chocolate cubes are a super simple summer frozen yoghurt recipe.

Preparation
Preparation time: 15 minutes plus freezing
1. For fruitiness, use a 450g tub Deluxe Strawberry Gourmet Live Yoghurt as the base for your cubes, opening the pot and mixing until smooth.2. To add bite, finely slice 1 handful strawberries and scatter evenly across an ice cube tray. Spoon in the yoghurt to fill the tray and freeze for 5 hours, until set.3. Remove the tray from the freezer and leave to soften for 10 minutes, until the cubes easily slide out of the tray. Top with a drizzle of melted white chocolate for richness and, if you like, sprinkles for crunch.
