Ingredients

100 g g coriander coriander
50 g g mint mint
(leaves picked)
1 green chillies green chilli
(finely chopped)
ginger ginger
(grated)
1.5 tbsp tbsp plain yoghurt plain yoghurt
0.5 lemons lemon
(juice only)

Method

With a bit of heat from the green chilli, this refreshing mint chutney recipe was created in collaboration with acclaimed chef Tony Singh, and works as a tasty, super-quick side dish.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
