Preparation
1. Core and slice the Granny Smith apples for crunch and arrange across a platter. Add the blueberries for colour, cut in half and scattered over the apples.
2. Bring power to the plate with the smooth peanut butter, loosened with a little oil if needed and drizzled over the apple.
3. Top with the Deluxe Super Berry Granola for sweetness, serving with light Greek-style plain yogurt on the side for dipping.
