Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients for the base together until smooth, then spoon into a lined 20cm x 20cm square tin. Press it down evenly and chill for 20 minutes in the fridge.
For the topping, put all the topping ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Remove the chilled based from the fridge and spread the topping across the base.
Put it all back in the fridge for a further 20 minutes and chill again until set.
Remove from the tin, and whilst it's still cold, cut into squares. Serve immediately.
