Preparation

    This no-bake easy snack recipe was created by Jemma Andrew-Adiamah of food blog Celery and Cupcakes. Quick to make, it's perfect for lunches or a quick snack on the go.

  1. Beat together the peanut butter, oil and honey together in a large bowl, then mix through the dry ingredients until well combined.

  2. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture, then arrange the balls across a baking tray.

  3. Leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
