    Top tip: A hoot for parties!

  1. Place the pots onto the plate and fill with a dip of your choice. These will become Polly’s eyes. Use parsley to make the eyelashes and cut a tomato in half to make the eyes.
  2. Build a circle of sugar snap peas to make Polly’s tummy. If you don’t have sugar snap peas, green beans or mangetout are perfect too!
  3. Next use slices of cooling cucumber to place around the tummy, followed by tasty tomatoes – this will be Polly’s body.
  4. Finally, cut the peppers into thin slices and make into wings and hair. Use yellow peppers to make the beak and feet – carrots work well too!
  5. Portion size: 212g – 2 of your five-a-day!
