    • 75   ml

Preparation

    Sweet, zingy and super easy to make, these punchy chilli prawns with mango raita are our very own version of one of Channel 4's Sunday Brunch weekend recipes. We've suggested ingredients to make them - which you can pick up in your local Lidl store.

  1. Firstly, mix the raw king prawns together with the turmeric, hot chilli powder and the lemon juice for zing.

  2. Stir fry the ginger, sliced red chillies to give your prawns punch, and the spring onions for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. For the raita, simply mix together the yoghurt, mango chutney for sweetness, the honey and mint leaves. Serve to dip the prawns in.
