Preparation

  1. Cut up all of the veg: the tomatoes into halves, the cucumber into semicircles and the carrots into rounds.
  2. Now arrange all the cut veg into a beautiful rainbow!
  3. Finally, get your radishes and finely slice to make some dreamy clouds.
  4. Note: You can also swap the veg for fruit. Make your rainbow with halved strawberries, blueberries, oranges and other fruity favourites – yum
