Preparation
Transport yourself to the white sand beaches of Mykonos with a tongue-tingling Retsina mojito. This Grecian twist on the classic cocktail uses sweet Greek wine in place of rum, and packs a punch with delicious ginger beer.
1. Add the wine, honey, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until it's nice and cold.
2. Pour the mix into a glass filled with ice.
3. Top up the glass with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge, and enjoy.
