Preparation
When midweek meals call for something hearty but super quick to prepare, this sausage and broccoli spaghetti adds nice bit of crunch to the well-loved flavour combination of pasta and cheese.
1. Squeeze 3 sausages from their skin and fry in a large pan for 3-4 minutes.
2, Meanwhile, cook 200g spaghetti for 1 minute less than packet instructions. Two minutes before draining, add chopped broccoli florets.
3. Drain the spaghetti and broccoli, then add to the pan with the sausage and a splash of pasta water. Toss to combine, adding a handful of spinach, black pepper and grated cheese.
