    Suzanne shows Bunty how easy it is to rustle up his favourite shish kebab for a fraction of the cost of a takeaway. This protein-packed, flavourful treat can be batch-cooked for the freezer, giving him a quick meal whenever he needs it.

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. Add the raw ingredients to a labelled freezer bag and freeze
  4. Cooking from frozen:
  5. Remove from the freezer and leave to defrost. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is cooked through.
