Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and place in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and mix well. To freeze:
- Add the raw ingredients to a labelled freezer bag and freeze Cooking from frozen:
- Remove from the freezer and leave to defrost. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is cooked through.
