Method

A quick and easy smoothie recipe to get your day off to a good start. Save time in the mornings by preparing the fruit for several smoothies in advance and freezing them in separate bags - this will keep the smoothie nice and cool, too.

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Blitz until smooth, adding a little extra lime juice to taste if desired.
