Ingredients

360 g g beef frying steaks beef frying steak
(sliced into strips)
1 red peppers red pepper
(deseeded and chopped into chunks)
150 g g pak choi pak choi
(cut into strips)
150 g g mushrooms mushroom
(quartered)
300 g g long grain rice long grain rice
(rinsed and drained)
4 tbsp tbsp soy sauce soy sauce
2 Red chillies Red chilli
(seeds removed and finely chopped)
0.05 tbsp tbsp sunflower oil sunflower oil
(for frying)

Method

  1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
  2. Fry the steak for 3 minutes in the oil with half the soy sauce. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then mix through the pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the pak choi, chilli and remaining soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute, until wilted, then remove from the heat and serve with the rice.
