|0.05 tbsp tbsp|| sunflower oil
Skipper's stir fry
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Fry the steak for 3 minutes in the oil with half the soy sauce. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then mix through the pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the pak choi, chilli and remaining soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute, until wilted, then remove from the heat and serve with the rice.
